　　Commodity name is chlorinated paraffin70 or alkyl chloride70。The appearance shows in white or light yellow powder。 The general molecular formulation is C25H30CL22, and the mean molecular weight is at range of 1,060～1,100, density of at range of 1.6～1.7。This product performs good stability of chemical property。It can’t dissolve into water or sub-degree alcohol but in mineral oil, aromatics, alkyl chloride, ether, acetone, and ester; and endures the action of oxidant, also has the property of waterproof and anti-uv. It begins to degenerate somewhat at or over temperature of 170 DEG。with degeneration of hydrogen chloride and forms into heavy alkyl substances。

Chlorinated paraffin-70 is a kind of fire-resistant which is not dissolvable in water. And its fire-resistant property is lasting. It also shows the property of damp-proof, anti-static, anti-softening, anti-compressing, low volatile, better electric insulating; in the mean time, it has the character of lubricate and anti-slide, enhance the roles of viscosity and tenacity and tenacity and anti-reflection, also performs the function of water-proof, insect-proof corrosion-proof.
　　It is used to be mixed with Sb2O3 into a high efficiency fire-resistant which can be found wide uses in PVC, PE, PS and other resin or various rubber products as a kind of fire-resistant; meanwhile can be used in adjusted fire-proof paint and fire-property of ink or paint when used in industrial lubricant anti-grinding property of ink or paint when used in them; used in chamber anti-corrosion and moth, covering the action of paper glue-coating in paper making which is a wide-used fine chemicals.
